The Logitech G430 is wired gaming headset for your PC or your Xbox One (if you buy the adapter) Let me just start out by saying this is one of the most comfortable Budget Gaming headsets I’ve used to date, Which personally is a major thing I look for in a gaming headset because it’s going to be stuck on my head for hours and hours and I want to avoid getting the headset headache anyway that I can, That being said I don’t think in the 100+ hours that I’ve used this headset that I have gotten really any discomfort from prolonged usage.

Okay now that we got how comfortable they are out of the way to let’s talk about how they sound! The G430’s feature 7.1 surround sound that according to Logitech will let you experience 360 degrees audio that makes you feel like you’re right in the action, i will say that this claim is pretty accurate and for the price pretty impressive I’ve played hours of multiple different games using these headphones and whether it be a casual game like an MMO or Overwatch where the sound is Absolutely mandatory to your battle royale games like PUBG or Apex legends where having a good headset can be the determining factor in whether you take home that tasty tasty chicken dinner and I can say that I found myself hearing the same things my teammates using more expensive headsets would hear which I was thoroughly impressed by. The Controls for the headset are on cable well within reach of your hand at any time during your gaming should the need ever arise that you need to mute yourself or adjust the volume on your headset.

The earcups are able to rotate 90 degrees so they are very easy to transport of wear around your neck like I know so many of us do, they also feature ear pads that are said to be made of a sports performance cloth I will say I haven’t had to deal with  a whole lot of sweat coming from around my ears after wearing them so I would say they work pretty well the added plus is that the cloth is removable so you can wash them just in case you find yourself sweating on them a whole lot.

So here we are at the Microphone according to Logitech’s website the headphone’s feature an adjustable noise-canceling mic, part of that isn’t a lie the microphone is surely adjustable it moves up and down no problem so it wont be sticking out when you try to move them or anything but that’s about it, I have noticed when I use applications like discord or certain games that show you when you’re speaking that almost any background noise is picked up by the microphone and if you adjust the sensitivity it doesn’t make much of a disappointing difference, so don’t play anything risky in the background

All in all it’s safe to say that the Logitech G430 is a Pretty Solid Headset if you’re looking to play casually or if you’re looking for a headset for continuous hours of use this is probably your best bet for the price and for 48.99$ USD on Amazon it’s a steal the only major complaint i would say that i have is that the microphone is not really noise-canceling which is really no reason to not give this gaming headset a shot.
